so many beautiful awards and I have learned
to appreciate the time and effort it takes to
create and maintain a website...for that reason,
I have created these awards to express my appreciation
to those who so richly deserve it.

at Denise's Dreams! I will not place demands
on anyone nor provide you with a full page of
stipulations! I trust you know the drill, I
only award sites that are appropriate to the
award being applied for and sites that truly
merit my giving it an award. *Smile*

The C.O.P.P.A. Law, The Children's Online Privacy
Protection Act of 1998 requires that an applicant
be 13 years or older. Denise's Dreams Awards
requires that an applicant be a minimum of 14
